Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension on the go. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair and stay fully clothed during the session. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Our reflexology sessions are done in a foot bath chair. Soak your feet in the relaxing bath while the therapist works on your feet and hands. Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands. Unlike other foot or hand massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the extremities themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Now offering a 30 minute fully clothed reflexology session on the table!

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Our therapist is certified in Advanced Prenatal Massage.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are used in stagnant placement and in fluid motion to increase body temperature, relieve muscle tension, and provide relaxation. Hot stone massage is beneficial for some types of arthritis, muscle and menstrual cramps, and to increase muscle flexibility. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Paraffin Wax Deep Heat Treatment
This fully clothed session, seated in a heated vibration chair, applies a deep heat paraffin wax treatment to the hands and feet. Perfect for osteoarthritis! Enjoy a light massage to the neck and shoulders while the heat works its magic!
ACE Massage Cupping
By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles, loosen adhesions, bring blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and waste products by opening lymphatic passages. This type of bodywork is versatile enough to accomplish a variety of techniques; from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release. In our cupping add-on, vacuum cups (NOT fire cups) are used on the back, neck, shoulders, as well as the sacral, hip, and thigh areas. For those new to cupping, the sensation of the cups can be described as a deep warmth and tingling sensation that lasts long after the treatment is done. On occasion, there may be some discoloration to the skin called a “cup-kiss” that indicates the release of intense stagnation (body fluids and wastes) in the area. This is not a bruise and will dissipate anywhere between a few hours or a few days. Cupping is safe for children, adults, and the elderly but should not be over-used. AFTER YOUR MASSAGE: hydrate with water, do not exercise until the next day, avoid extreme hot or cold, do not receive any additional bodywork for 48 hours, and call us with any questions!
Revive *Feet and Hands*
Revive your tired feet and hands with a special seasonal treatment formulated to ease aching muscles and joints AND improve your overall health!
This 30 minute session in our spa chair focuses on cleansing the skin and improving lymphatic function while also using heat to penetrate deep into sore overworked muscles and joints. Start your treatment with dry skin brushing to stimulate and cleanse pores followed by a relaxing soak in warm water. Then enjoy a salt or sugar scrub of your choice to further rid the skin of dead cells and toxins. For your muscles and joints, hands and feet will be coated in paraffin wax which provides consistent warmth to painful areas. Finish your session with a relaxing massage of the hands and feet!
